To ensure the absolute privacy and simplicity for our users, Heya DOES NOT collect, require, or store any personal communication data, including:
- No Phone Numbers required.
- No Email Addresses required.
Landlords can create an account using just a unique Username and Password of their choice to manage their listings.
- Information We Display
The only information stored and displayed on our platform is the data provided by Landlords to feature their property, which includes:
- Landlord’s Name or Brand Name (e.g., Robin / Raju)
- 3 to 4 Photographs of the room, hostel, or PG.
- Room Rent/Rates and Availability Status.
- The exact Mapbox location coordinates so Tenants can navigate directly.

Payment Processing & Security
All subscription payments (Yearly fee of INR 120 for Landlords) are securely processed through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay. Heya does not store any bank account numbers, credit card data, or UPI details on its servers.
