Refund and Cancellation Policy for Heya

Thank you for choosing Heya. We appreciate your business.

  1. No Refunds for Subscriptions
    The INR 120 annual listing fee paid by Landlords to feature their properties (rooms, hostels, or PGs) on Heya is strictly non-refundable. Once a listing is approved and published on our Mapbox directory, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  2. Cancellation and Property Availability
    Landlords can choose to mark their listings as “Not Available” from their dashboard at any time if their rooms are fully occupied. However, removing or hiding a listing will not entitle the user to a partial or full refund of the remaining yearly subscription period.
  3. Payment Failures
    In case of a technical glitch during the checkout process where money is deducted from your bank account but the subscription package is not activated on the website, the payment gateway partner (Razorpay) will automatically refund the amount to your source bank account within 5-7 working days.
